hey kim.. so i think i finally figured out how to get on this blog. what a techno-weenie i am. i have lots of things to say to you but the first thing is.. some people will do anything to lose weight! jeepers creepers. so while you've been slacking off, here's what the garden club girls have been up to. i want you to know that we are taking care of your gardens until you get back.. and i don't want to hear about any wayward weeds.. we are calling ourselves "kim's weed wackers" hahahahaha. sue and i went over last week to clean up all the piles you left around (some people!).. seriously you did a great spring clean-up we just finished it up. the weed wackers are heading over tomorrow to get rid of those annoying little weeds with the white flower heads that are everywhere. i'm taking pictures of your fleurs so you won't miss out..
today effie, laura s., priscilla, celia, sue, olga, thekla, connie and i went to the country club and planted up the hillside above their rock wall. wowza its going to be great. we also salvaged some wrought iron tables from kilbridges and are going to fix those up for the front veranda. going to very spiffy... it will look better than augusta national when we're done.. yeah right. anyway... more later .. see you soon i hope.. i need to go on a toot.... love.. p
