With such sadness I heard the news. I could only think of the time, long, long ago you welcomed me to the Smith clan - I so innocent, so out of place in the US - you had only to take one look to empathize for my plight. Though contact through the years has been at best sporadic, you reside in my thoughts and heart. My prayers are with you, and am certain to see once more your vivacious, lovely face I remember so well.
